"Barrage", or "Stuw"in dutch of Linne on the river Meuse on the center of the photo, at the right you see the entrance to the locks of Linne (river Meuse) and the entrance to the locks of Heel (canal Lateraalkanaal).
On top of the photo you just get a glimp of the harbour of Maasbracht with the entrance tot the Maasbrachts locks (river Meuse/canal Julianakanaal), these are 12 meter locks.
On the right just in front of the bridge there is the entrance to the canal Wessem-Nederweert )Panheel locks).

The barrage of Linne in detail:
From the left you see a fishing-corridor, so fish can pass this barrage, then a hydro powerplant and the barrage(stuw) itself.

This photo is from 1990, the photo above is from before the hydro powerplant was built.
